Sharonda M. Ellerby, EA, is the dedicated Founder of Ellerby Enterprises and a single mother of three. Since 1997, she has been a trusted financial and business advisor, serving communities across Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and beyond.

Beginning her career as a tax preparer, she advanced to become an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the IRS. In this capacity, she provides comprehensive services including personal and corporate tax preparation, business formation, consultation, and IRS representation, along with essential payroll services for entrepreneurs.

Ms. Ellerby holds a diverse portfolio of credentials, including a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Baltimore (2003), an A.A. in Criminal Justice (1996), and numerous professional licenses: Property/Casualty/Title Insurance Producer, Driver Instructor Trainer, Tag & Title Agent, Licensed Caterer, and Special Police Officer. She is also the sole owner of Charm City Title Solutions.

A persistent entrepreneur, she previously owned a 14,500 square-foot commercial building for 12 years and is currently working toward founding her own Tax School. At 54, Ms. Ellerby continues to embody her personal motto, "As the Struggle Continues," educating and motivating clients to pursue their own dreams while relentlessly pursuing hers.
